A. Typical Customer Questions and Answers

1. We do our best to present accurate and detailed photographs and descriptions to clearly define the condition of each item at time of sale.

2. Review the detailed photo images and descriptions and feel free to email us with any questions. We will try to respond to your questions promptly, though sometimes within up to 24 to 48 hours. Some of your questions may be answered within this section.

3. Colors of photo images may vary from actual item due to variations in monitor and computer systems.

4. We include nominal sizes of items because photographs of items may not clearly indicate actual size.

5. We make no express or implied warrantees or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the items and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaim any express or implied warrantees, including but not limited to any warrantee of use or fitness for purpose.

6. Items are processed, stored and packed in smoke-free environment.

B. Payment

1. Pay with credit card through PayPal.

2. All in-state residents will be charged state and/or local tax at the time of checkout.

3. Money orders or cashier's checks will be accepted to the address in the shipping details, and must be received within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. If you pay with either of these, you item will not be shipped until the bank approves and clears the check or money order.

4. Payment must be received within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. If Payment is not received within the 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder-Alert will be filed.

C. Shipping

1. Shipping Costs are stated in the item listing for Continental United States Sales only. Orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx at the Seller's discretion.

2. Combined Shipping: If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages. Please note that this is our store policy and bid accordingly.

3. For any local pick up there will be a $5.00 pick up fee due at the time of payment, unless another amount is specified in the time listing.

4. International sales will be considered on a case by case matter at the Seller's discretion. Non-Continental US Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and must be determined and paid prior to shipping.

5. Seller is not responsible for any item during shipping, so we strongly encourage bidders to purchase shipping insurance at the Buyer's cost, and due at time of payment.

6. Items are shipped within one week or earlier. Exception: Seller is located in area where occasional seasonal weather conditions may delay shipping, whereby Buyer will be notified by email prior to any delay.

7. Overnight shipping is available with additional rates at Buyer's cost to be paid at time of payment, if Seller is notified of this request prior to shipping.
